ORPALIS is pleased to announce a new version of the GdPicture MICR engine. The commercial release will be available in GdPicture.NET 11.
Muret, France, November 25th, 2014.
The GdPicture MICR engine detects and recognises the MICR font lines (standards CMC-7 and E-13B) from scanned Bank checks or other MICR-secured documents.
The speed of the engine has been doubled and its performance has been enhanced. Now the GdPicture MICR SDK works even better on deteriorated and corrupted images, including poor quality and poorly contrasted images as well as altered symbols.
The new version of the GdPicture MICR engine will be available with the GdPicture.NET 11 Imaging and Document Management SDK release on January 1st 2015. To test the full list of features and functionalities of GdPicture.NET 11, please register for the beta version on our helpdesk by selecting the “GdPicture 11 Beta Program” section.
A preview of the GdPicture MICR engine can be downloaded and tested from the ORPALIS website on its dedicated page.
