ORPALIS Imaging Technologies released an updated version of their free scanning tool Virtual Barcode Reader, along with a brand new website dedicated to the productivity tool.
Muret, France, July 9th
Virtual Barcode Reader is a free application to scan barcodes directly on a computer screen, on documents and online. It is a simple and intuitive tool with a minimalist approach: only the essential features are present, and there is no interface.
First released in 2015, the ORPALIS Team has recently updated and enhanced the solution thanks to users’ feedback. Version 1.2.0. now includes an improved version of the engine and a dedicated website.
The full list of features is available on the Virtual Barcode Reader website.
The ORPALIS Labs is a creative space dedicated to freeware, experimental projects, and products in beta phase.
The previous version of Virtual Barcode Reader belonged to the ORPALIS Labs projects. With the release of version 1.2.0. and the launch of a dedicated website, the barcode scanning application takes on a new dimension while remaining free for all.
